Return And Exchange Policy
Your can make returns within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. If you wish to return an item, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions to request an RMA number. You will need your order number and email address to start the return. You will receive return instructions after we approve your return.
Please request online before sending back the product to us. Otherwise, refunds will NOT be issued. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving an RMA.
*You will receive refund upon receiving your return as long as return conditions are met as shown UNDER “OUR POLICY” BELOW.
*Note that original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake on our end.
*Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to process returns after we have received your return. Your refunds will show on your bank statements typically 2-3 business days after that.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. as long as the product conditions are met as shown UNDER “OUR POLICY” BELOW. If you wish to make any exchanges, please go to Return Center to request the return, select "Exchange" in return reasons and specify in additional notes. Then follow all the RETURN process guidelines to send the product back to us. Exchange is free.
Rules for returns and exchanges:
- All returns requests must be received within 14 days* of the date you received your order.
- Anything marked with Final Sale is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:
- Items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
- Items are not returned in original packaging.
- Items do not have original tags.
- Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resell-able condition
- Items contain any pet residue (hair, smell, stains, etc.)
- Returned without an RMA number
- Returned after 14 days of purchase
- Also, due to health regulations we also may not allow returns on beds, bowls/feeders, carriers, blankets, belly bands, diapers and toys.
- If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise.
- Please, be prepared to supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary.
- You will receive a full refund if the damaged items are approved.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
